This family comprises sequences bearing significant similarity to the mouse transcriptional regulator protein HCNGP (Q02614). This protein is localised to the nucleus and is thought to be involved in the regulation of beta-2-microglobulin genes.

You can view these alignments in various ways but please note that some types of alignment are never generated while others may not be available for all families, most commonly because the alignments are too large to handle.
