YqzE-like protein Provide feedback
The YqzE-like protein family includes the B. subtilis YqzE protein O32020 which is functionally uncharacterised. It is a part of the ComG operon, which is regulated by the competence transcription factor ComK . This family of proteins is found in bacteria. Proteins in this family are typically between 49 and 66 amino acids in length.
