  • pyruvate dehydrogenase ( EC ), a component of the multienzyme pyruvate dehydrogenase complex
  • 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase ( EC ), a component of the multienzyme 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase, which contains multiple copies of three enzymatic components: 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase (E1), dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase (E2) and lipoamide dehydrogenase (E3)
  • 2-oxoisovalerate dehydrogenase ( EC ), a component of the multienzyme branched-chain alpha-keto dehydrogenase complex.

Trees

For those sequences which have a structure in the Protein DataBank, we use the mapping between UniProt, PDB and Pfam coordinate systems from the PDBe group, to allow us to map Pfam domains onto UniProt sequences and three-dimensional protein structures.
